The ideal Men's Physique champion would display a body that is marketable not only to hardcore fitness fans, but also to an audience outside bodybuilding. That is: Broad shoulders, visible abs, and a V-taper for the back to waist proportion. Calves, like the rest of the body should present evidence of resistance training.

The individual presentation is a stage walk on board shorts. Athletes will be reintroduced individually to house music of promoter's choice and perform a T-walk.
T-Walk: Consists of walking to rear center, do a pose, then walk to front center stage and pose, walk to stage left and do a pose, then walk to stage right do a pose, then walk to the front center of the stage doing the final pose, then exit the stage.
Poses should not be held for more than 3 seconds each, and the entire individual presentation should be completed in 30 seconds (the head judge may allow more time depending on the size of the stage).
Suit: Solid colors or fabric patterns are allowed, and brand logos are acceptable. However, apparel must not display derogatory or offensive slogans. This includes sensitivity to other countries, cultures, and languages. If an official or judge has any doubt about whether the writing may be offensive, it will not be permitted on stage.
All suits must be in good taste. Props are not allowed during the judging of Men’s Physique. All posing suits are subject to prior inspection.
